About Brand Store

Brand Store is your one-stop-shop for ordering Saab profiled products. The aim is to provide a wide range of items from nice gifts to less expensive giveaways to support your activities in the best way! It is also the way to ensure a unified approach and high standard regarding quality and design for Saab profiled products.

In order to save our environment, please remember that larger and fewer orders will give both SAAB and Brandon mutual savings in administration, transportation, and packaging as well as reduced CO2 impact.

Prices
All prices in Brand Store are shown exclude VAT. A freight charge will be added to your order in the shopping basket, the freight charge is based on the total weight of the order. Brandon reserves the right to alter the prices when necessary and without prior notice, please also observe that SAAB reserves the right to make alterations in the collection.

Payment 
Invoice 60 days net for all B2B purposes. Credit or debit cards for B2E purposes.

Delivery Corporate order
All goods are shipped from Brandon warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden, with UPS or Schenker to the requested delivery address. Please note, that only a street address is accepted, PO box address is not accepted as a delivery address.

Standard freight: Normal delivery time, due to destination, 2-4 work days within Sweden, 5-7 work days within the EU. For all other destinations 7-12 work days.
Express freight: Express order placed before 12 p.m. is sent out from Warehouse the same day. Express delivery time is 1-2 work days within Sweden and 3-5 work days within the EU.

Delivery Private order 
When ordering as a private customer (payment method credit card) the delivery is made by UPS or Schenker to the nearest pickup point based on the stated delivery address. The delivery address must be a private address and it takes a few extra days as the delivery is made to your parcel agent.

Customs clearance outside EU
All products are delivered with Incoterm: DAP excl. freight cost, including packaging. This means that costs for customs duty, local taxes, and other additional fees shall be paid by the Customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; pls. contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipment tracking
As soon as the warehouse ships the order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Via My account, you find order statistics and the delivery status of your various orders. You can also follow your order throughout the entire transport process, and track your order as soon as it is picked up at our warehouse.

Public Holidays
Note that there will be no deliveries or transactions made from our warehouse in Sweden on public holidays. During these days orders can be placed, but no order processing or customer support will be available.

Out of stock
If you have a large order, please submit it well in advance of the date when the products are needed. Products which are incoming will be orderable when in stock at the Warehouse.

Incoming deliveries
Current delivery time to Warehouse is shown on the product page, to activate a reminder email, click on the button "Notify me" and you will receive an e-mail as soon as the product is in stock and orderable.

Special order
Welcome to contact us if you need a product outside the assortment offered in the e-shop, adding a payoff, or just for some good ideas! Brandon will be happy to assist you. You'll find more information via Special request in the menu.

Private purchase
If you want to order products for private use you register an account on the first visit. The payment method is your personal credit card. All prices are presented including packaging and expedition costs. A freight charge will be added to your order in the shopping basket, the freight charge is based on the total weight of the order. The delivery is made by UPS or Schenker to the nearest pickup point based on the stated delivery address. The delivery address must be a private address (no PO box address) and it takes a few extra days as the delivery is made to your parcel agent. All prices are stated including Swedish VAT.

We accept VISA and MasterCard and your payment is secured by PayEx.
The card number is sent through a strongly encrypted connection directly to the bank. The merchant does not have access to any information about the card or your bank account.
